Everyone might not like chicken salad, or can't even believe that an entire restaurant can possibly be based on this home-cooked meal. But yesterday, that assumption was proven wrong. They have a variety of different chicken salads which all sounded delicious. You honestly wouldn't think that it would fill you up, but I was stuffed. I ordered the soup (chicken and wild rice) and a scoop of their buffalo chicken salad. It was very filling, but in a nice portion. They have a chicken salad flavor for everyone, and sandwiches if that's not your sort of thing. I hope they open one near where I live. And for those who are skeptical that their food comes out of a can- your wrong. It tastes so fresh and the flavor is amazing. However, if it does come out of a can, they have everyone fooled. You simply must try out this cute restaurant! :)

Was completely and pleasantly surprised. Didn't know what to expect but this was better. They have great choices and haven't had one I didn't like yet. My favorites are fancy nancy and Olivia's old south. Highly recommended if you wanna eat good and not feel gross afterwards.

I had the Nutty Nana on croissant with pasta & fruit salad sides. The chicken salad was indeed nutty (which was nice) but didn't have much flavor other than the nuts. The fruit salad did have fresh firm fruit & was tasty; the pasta salad was blah (very little flavor). The hubby had the Fancy Nancy on croissant ands the broccoli side salad. He shrugged over the sandwich but liked the broccoli salad which had real bacon in it. I tasted it & there really wasn't much flavor to the chicken salad but I also liked the broccoli salad. He substituted his cookie for the key lime pie (for an additional $1) & boy were we surprised. It was a 1"X2" square of pie... for a dollar?!?! Really, you give up your regular size cookie & pay another dollar for 2 bites?!?! Needless to say it was just okay. There are free drink refills with a good selection. 2 sandwiches, 3 side salads, 1 key lime "pie" & 2 drinks $23.17; not too bad.

Normally I am an "easy-going" person when it comes to food. I enjoy most types and varieties so not much usually tends to stand out. But in the case of Chicken Salad Chick, I would like to make an exception. To make a long story short. My girlfriend and I had been staying in PCB for the week. Having visited the area many times before, we decided to try something new for a change. After seeing the reviews here on Yelp and being rated one of the top restaurants in the area. We decided to give it a shot. To put it simply. EVERYTHING was OUTSTANDING! From the sheer amount of variety of chicken salads to the customer service. To smaller things like cleanliness. They exceed all of our expectations and then some!! Customer Service: Outstanding! Being our first time and not being sure of what to get. We were pleasantly surprised when the cashier took the time to go over the menu and explain everything to us. She gave us excellent recommendations and even checked on us once we sat down and started eating. Food: We chose to get the "chicken trio". With it as you may have guessed, we could select 3 types of chicken salad. We went with Fancy Nancy (apples, pecans, and grapes), Barbie-Q (almost like pulled chicken), and Sassy Scotty (ranch, bacon, cheddar cheese) as those were the ones our cashier recommended. All three of them were outstanding! Normally I would say this is enough for two people as most would agree. My only gripe is that I wish there was more as I am a large eater. For most it should be plenty. Atmosphere: When we arrived it was quiet with us really only being the only customers in there. But we were hungry and it was rather late in the day. Being about 7:30. But as we left more people had entered but it was still rather quiet. No overly loud music or customers. Even minuscule things such as the wallpaper, the pictures on the wall. It just made it that much more pleasant. We visit PCB roughly once a year and the time we are in town we will definitely make a trip back! P.S. On a side note. I was even happily surprised when I saw they had XXX Vitamin water on tap. As it is one of my favorite drinks and not many places have it.

Such a cool little place. A specialty cafe for chicken salad. Was with a group and we got the Jalapeno Holly- original ck salad with tons of jalapenos. Delicious Sassy Scotty - Ck salad with ranch, bacon, & cheddar cheese- THE BEST Let me tell you this was by far the best chicken salad I've ever had. My mom was with me so I tried not to make so big a fuss she would feel bad about hers but it was better than hers and she is an amazing cook!

What a delightful little store and concept ...... I'm not big on chicken salad tho Chick-fil-A has changed my perception of it nd has me curious ... We opted for trying something new. We almost turned around because no one was in there BUT I'm glad we stayed. I liked the Jalepeno one ... i love hot and this had a kick to it. This was pretty good. Try it!!! Why only FOUR stars ...???? Come on now, it is only chicken salad.

Clean place, interesting concept to have a chicken salad restaurant. The kinds we tried were pretty good, but I probably wouldn't go back unless I was craving chicken salad.

First time in Florida and stumbled upon this place. Ordered the jalapeño Holly, didn't know that was all it came with it.. If I ever happen to stumble on another, would definitely give it a try with bread!

I had the sassy Scotty it was really a good twist on an old idea. The help was very friendly very informative the food was delicious and the restaurant is impeccably clean

Cute place. Staff was awesome explained all the chic salad options. Even were helpful in picking out something a 3 year old would like. Quiet setting. Seems like a great spot to casually hang out and have light lunch. Also they let you try the different chicken salads before purchasing some you get something you like. Bbq chicken was great. Only small complain was the small tomato on the sandwich. And honestly the chicken salad was great enough without the tomato.

Good chicken salad! Nice refreshing concept. I like having choices that don't include something fried as a side. They will let you sample the salads. I tried the Fancy Nancy and the pimento cheese. Both were good. I went with the Fancy Nancy and hubby had the BBQ chicken salad, both on croissant. Very pleased! I wish I'd found this place at the beginning of our vacation, def would have taken a large container to go and enjoy all week at the beach.

This place was great! I love the selection of chicken salads - so many good ones it was hard to choose. I decided on a fruity blend on a croissant and was not at all disappointed. Another in our party got one with jalapeños and it was all raves there as well! The broccoli slaw is a MUST! Our toddlers chose the PB&J's with chips and they were devoured. :) Generous portions, great value. Wish this place were in my neck of the woods in Tennessee!
